Products — Washed grades
Washed and sized coal: peas, nuts and singles
Washed sized coal delivers a cleaner burn, less clinker and predictable stoker performance. It is the right product for chain grate boilers, tobacco curing barns, brick kilns and institutional heating.
We supply washed grades screened to tolerance, with fines kept low so your grate airflow stays consistent.
Size fractions
Peas at 5–25 mm, nuts at 25–50 mm and singles at 50–80 mm, typically 6,200 kcal/kg with ash at or below 12%.
Why washed coal costs less to run
Higher calorific value per tonne, lower ash disposal cost, less clinker and reduced downtime usually outweigh the price premium over raw run-of-mine coal. We will model delivered cost per useful gigajoule for your plant on request.
