Foundry and blast coke supplier
We supply metallurgical coke produced from Zimbabwean coking coal, sized for cupola foundries, blast furnaces, cement precalciners and sugar refining.
Coke is a demanding product: fixed carbon, reactivity, ash fusion and sizing consistency all affect your melt rate. We certify each parcel and hold sizing tolerance on despatch.
Coke grades
Foundry coke at 20–80 mm and blast/nut coke at 10–25 mm are our standard offerings, typically 6,800 kcal/kg, ≤12% ash and ≤0.9% sulphur.
Applications
Cupola melting in iron foundries, blast furnace charging, cement kiln precalcining, lime burning, sugar refining and water treatment carbon feedstock.
Packaging and delivery
Coke ships in bulk tipper, in 1 MT bulk bags for foundries with limited handling, or containerised for sea freight. We arrange all three.

- What sizing of foundry coke do you supply?
- Standard foundry coke is 20–80 mm; nut and blast grades run 10–25 mm. Custom screening is available on contract volumes.
- Can coke be supplied in bulk bags?
- Yes — 1 MT bulk bags are available for foundries without bulk tipping facilities.
